Trained in Chicago, I served as executive chef of Jam Restaurant, the city’s premier modern brunch destination, where my work helped earn Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for eight consecutive years. Now based in Denver, I bring that same level of care, creativity, and professionalism into your home.

My cooking is rooted in New American cuisine, built on local, seasonal ingredients and shaped by global influences. Whether you're planning an intimate dinner, need help with weekly meals, or want to host an unforgettable event, I’ll take care of every detail so you can simply enjoy the moment.
